Since its inception in 2015, the Cathedral City International Hot Air Balloon Festival has become a cherished tradition in the Coachella Valley. Now in its 11th year, this vibrant three-day event draws over 25,000 visitors annually, offering a spectacular blend of hot air balloon displays, live music, classic car shows, and family-friendly entertainment.

Recognized among the Top 14 Hot Air Balloon Festivals by U.S. News & World Report and honored with the Palm Award for Visitor Experience, the festival has grown into a must-attend event that captures the spirit of California’s desert charm.
